ANGELS S.R.L. policy regarding quality standards is a client orientation, in order to identify as accurately as possible his needs and expectations, to fully satisfy them permanently, through the services performed and products delivered. The objectives related to quality standards are:

1. To assure the conformation of products and services provided according to legal requirements and regulations;
2. To reduce the number of complaints within the guarantee period;
3. To improve client satisfaction regarding the products and services provided;
4. To improve sales;
5. To train and permanently raise consciousness in entire personnel, regarding active involving in quality achieving”

These objectives has taken shape in diplomas, certificates and authorizations for the developed activities, certificates for personnel’s competencies.
